Ting simplifies something that nearly every person on the planet does (use a mobile phone.) Their customer service alone is something that very few mobile providers can offer, which is real human voice to real human voice. Can you even count on two hands the number of times someone you know has complained to you about being put on hold waiting to speak to a representative of their mobile provider to discuss either billing, devices, services or all of the above?  That’s a non-issue with Ting.

I just heeded their advice and I feel like my quality of life has improved drastically already. This is just one example of something that Ting provides their customers with, just because they can!
