Best Workouts For Your Apartment

There are so many benefits to working out but working out in your apartment can be challenging due to space and noise. You don’t want your downstairs neighbors calling your landlord complaining about the noise but you still want to stay healthy. Here are some great workouts you can try in your apartment in order to stay fit without breaking the bank.

Core Workouts

There are a number of great workouts that you can do to strengthen your core and other muscles in the comfort of your apartment. Bicycle crunches are a great way to exercise your core while saving space. Pushups, lunges, wall sits, glute bridges and squats are other great options that don’t require a lot of space but still extremely effective workout moves.

While technically this isn’t something that you can do in your apartment, it is something that is cheap and a great way to work off some stress and a chance to get some fresh air outside of your apartment.

Yoga is the perfect apartment exercise, all you need is some floor space and a mat. Anyone can do yoga, you don’t need to be a pro. You can watch a variety of videos to follow along or create your own flow made of your favorite poses.

Resistance Bands

Resistance bands are becoming increasingly popular for their price and ease of use. These small bands usually come in a pack of 5 and range from light to xx-heavy. You can do a number of full body exercises with them ranging from arms to legs and glutes. Need some direction? There are a number of helpful workout videos on YouTube for you to follow along with. These bands are also great for travel if you want to pop them in your suitcase for a hotel workout.
