Social media plays an important role in property management. It allows you to not only define yourself as a brand, but also communicate with your tenants and build relationships. It helps connect you with other property managers, tenants, residents and potential tenants and works as a really great portfolio for your residences. We’ve rounded up our favourite property management groups (in no particular order) on Instagram to connect with, and maybe give you a little inspiration.

Domus is a great group to follow on Instagram. They post about local events, places to eat in Waterloo, DIY inspiration and more.

CLV Group posts links to their blogs, events they host, contest, interiors of their properties, and exterior shot. They also have really cute pictures of dogs, since their buildings are 100% pet friendly!

The Marq uses their Instagram account to promote events, contests, referral programs, interior spaces of their buildings, places to eat and more. They really embrace the student lifestyle and make it easy for their tenants to connect with them.

The Crossways has a really great Instagram page. Their photography is top notch! Lots of great cityscapes, interior shots and different promo shots.


Parkside Student Residence really utilizes their Instagram to promote a sense of community online by engaging with their tenants. You can find out about their events, promotions and things to do in Toronto on their Instagram.


LIV Apartments does a great job at promoting their contests on Instagram. Their Liv Rent Free contest seems to have created a lot of engagement on their profile. They also have links to their blog posts, which are subjects like DIY Décor.


CAPREIT Apartments does great job posting about their engagement within their communities. They even give little tid-bits of history in the cities they reside in.
